At Pinpoint Event Planning, LLC, wedding consultation, coordination and rentals are our specialty. In the world of Pinterest, WeddingWire, and The Knot, most couples prefer to tackle their own wedding planning. We agree planning is fun, but it is best left to someone else on the day of your event. Your wedding day goes by in the blink of an eye, so don’t waste your precious time on stressing about your details coming together. Let Pinpoint Event Planning take the stress away so you can focus on the important moments like saying “I do.”
Day-of coordination clients will meet with us one month prior to the event date to go over all the details, followed by another meeting or phone call one week prior to the event for final confirmation. An itinerary will be given to the client to be distributed to the wedding party and other essential personnel a week before the event. The day of the event, we will coordinate your vendors and bridal party, manage your timeline, and oversee the details that might get overlooked.
Coordination packages for weddings in the Kansas City area start at $775 and include the meeting 1 month prior to the day, the follow-up meeting/phone call a week prior, and up to 8 hours on the day of the event. Pinpoint Event Planning, LLC will also include up to one hour of ceremony rehearsal if the date and time of the ceremony rehearsal is available.
- Additional hours can be purchased for the day-of or rehearsal dinners at $75 per hour. For events outside of the Kansas City area, contact us for a quote.
Planning consultations can be purchased for those who want to plan their own event and just need some assistance. Pinpoint Event Planning will help with whatever you need. Examples: setting a budget, selecting a venue and/or vendor, timeline management, shopping for wedding attire, assistance with seating chart arrangement, theme and decor ideas, etc. Consultations can be purchased in addition to the Coordination Package if desired.
Planning consultations are purchased on an as-needed basis for $55 per hour. *If assistance is needed on a task that will require more than 1 hour a quote will be given ahead of time when possible.
Hire Pinpoint Event Planning to take care of your decoration and set-up needs. You provide the materials and we provide our skills and services to make it come together while you are getting ready! This option is for those who choose not to hire our day-of coordination services, but need someone to assist them on the day to get the ceremony or reception site ready. Package starts at $150 and includes one assistant for two hours in the Kansas City area. More hours and assistants may be purchased, and a custom package can be created!
